Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 19, 2026
1. Local-First Commitment
HumanicBot is built on the core principle of absolute data sovereignty. Unlike traditional virtual assistants and chatbots that rely on remote cloud platforms, HumanicBot operates entirely on your physical machine.
2. No Prompts or Telemetry Sent to Us
We do not track, collect, or store any of the following:
- Your chat prompts, queries, or directives
- Your indexed files, source code, or text summaries
- System-level telemetry, console outputs, or operational logs
- Database connection strings or application parameters
3. Third-Party Database Integrations
If you choose to configure external connections—such as a remote Firebase Realtime Database or a cloud Qdrant Vector database:
- Connections are established directly from your local machine to those target services.
- No intermediate servers owned or managed by HumanicBot act as proxies or log transcribers.
- You maintain full custody and compliance over credentials, API keys, and connection links.
4. File System Access
HumanicBot reads file systems within workspaces you explicitly define. It will never perform scanning or indexing operations outside the scopes you authorize. No metadata, file listings, or file fragments are shared with external entities.
5. Data Storage & Portability
All index files and configurations are stored in your user profile app data folder (e.g. C:\Users\<user>\.gemini\antigravity-ide or local folder). You can wipe, move, or back up this data folder at any time. Removing the application completely deletes all memory records.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new offline capabilities or local integrations. The latest version will always be published on this page.
7. Contact Support
If you have questions regarding our offline security practices, please contact our local engineering team at support@humanicbot.ai.
